At Purasa Corporation, we work to ensure your orders are packed securely and delivered to your doorstep efficiently. This Shipping and Delivery Policy details our operational timelines, tracking systems, shipping fees, and responsibilities for all orders placed on https://purasacorporation.com.
We currently ship exclusively to physical addresses located within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
1. Crucial Delivery Timelines
Our total delivery estimation is based on order cut-off timings, warehouse handling duration, and courier transit timelines.

A. Order Cut-Off Mechanics
Any order placed and payment-confirmed before our daily cut-off time of 2:00 PM IST will begin warehouse processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will enter our processing queue on the following working business day.
B. Operating Days
Our warehouse handling and fulfillment operations are active from Monday to Saturday. Courier partners may deliver shipments from Monday to Sunday, depending on the customer’s location and local courier availability.
Orders placed on Sundays or on official national/public holidays will be processed on the next available working business day.
C. Delivery Timeline Disclaimer
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary slightly due to factors such as remote delivery locations, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen operational circumstances. We continuously work with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of all orders.
2. Shipping Cost Transparency
At Purasa Corporation, we maintain complete transparency in our shipping charges in accordance with Google Merchant Center policies. We currently offer a fixed flat-rate shipping fee of ₹59 on all orders across India, regardless of product weight, quantity, or destination.
The exact shipping charge is clearly displayed on the product page, cart page, and during checkout before customers proceed to payment. We do not apply any hidden fees, additional handling charges, cash-on-delivery surcharges, or post-purchase costs. The total amount shown at checkout is the final amount payable by the customer.
3. Courier Logistics & Real-Time Tracking
We do not use unverified or local freelance delivery drivers. To ensure safe transport, we ship all orders exclusively through verified national logistics networks, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and Speed Post.
Tracking Dispatch Link: Within 24 hours of your package leaving our Rajkot warehouse, a live tracking link along with an AWB (Air Waybill) number will be sent automatically to your registered email address (

4. Delivery Attempts and Address Verification
Customer Responsibility: The buyer is fully responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address, including a valid building number, street name, landmark, and correct 6-digit Pincode, along with an active mobile phone number.
Failed Delivery Actions: Our courier partners will make up to 3 consecutive delivery attempts to hand over your package. If you are unavailable across all 3 attempts, or if the provided address is unverified/incorrect, the package will be automatically returned to our Rajkot facility. In such cases, any additional shipping charges incurred for re-dispatching the package must be covered by the customer.
5. Lost, Missing, or Broken Shipments in Transit
In the rare event that a package is documented as lost by the courier tracking system, or arrives physically damaged, Purasa Corporation takes full liability:
For Damaged Deliveries: Please refer to our mandate inside our Refund and Returns Policy regarding the collection of a continuous, unedited unboxing video.
For Lost Packages: If your tracking status has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the courier and issue a free replacement order once the loss is verified.
