To claim a free replacement or return for Transit Damage or Fulfillment Discrepancies, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video.

  • The video must start from the exact moment the outer courier seal or tape is broken until the product is fully unpacked and inspected.

  • The shipping label containing your Order ID must be clearly legible in the video frame.

  • Claims regarding missing items or physical transit damage cannot be validated or approved without this unedited video.

4. Return Shipping Cost Allocation

6. Refund Processing Timelines

  • Approved Returns: Once your item passes our physical warehouse inspection, a full refund for the product value will be initiated.
